2. USING THIS WEBSITE
By accessing and using www.schicc.com you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or disruptive content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, or to scrape, copy, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this website at any time without notice.

3. PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order through www.schicc.com you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by SCHICC.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted and a contract formed when your goods are dispatched and a dispatch confirmation email is sent to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are incorrectly priced, where payment cannot be processed, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
You must be 18 years of age or over to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices on www.schicc.com are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are added to the total order value.
We take reasonable care to ensure all prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
For subscription orders placed through the Scent Refill Plan, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on your selected delivery schedule. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

5. DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Free standard delivery applies to all orders of £100 or more.
Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. SCHICC is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control, including delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other third parties.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@schicc.com and we will advise on how to return your items to us.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method.
The following are not covered by our returns policy:
- Damage caused by use of the Voyage or Nomad with fast chargers or adapters exceeding 5V 1A
- Damage caused by use with third-party or non-SCHICC fragrance oils
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling
- Opened fragrance oils (considered on a case by case basis)
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these terms. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

7. WARRANTY
All SCHICC diffusers are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery. The warranty is activated by tapping your phone on the diffuser to register the device.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, modification, use with incompatible accessories, use with third-party fragrance oils, or, in the case of the Voyage and Nomad, use with chargers exceeding 5V 1A.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@schicc.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within one working day.

8. PRODUCT USE
SCHICC diffusers must only be used with original SCHICC fragrance oils. Use of third-party or non-approved oils may cause irreparable damage to the device and will void the warranty.
The Voyage (1DA24) and Nomad (1DA50) must only be used with your car's USB charging port or a slow charger rated at 5V 1A. Use with fast chargers, power banks, or adapters exceeding 5V 1A will cause irreparable damage and voids the warranty. This damage is not covered under returns or warranty.
All SCHICC fragrance oils are IFRA-compliant, cruelty-free, and vegan. They are intended for use in cold-air diffusion devices only and must not be applied directly to skin, consumed, or used in any manner other than as directed.
Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Do not use near open flames.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on www.schicc.com, including but not limited to text, images, product photography, the SCHICC logo, brand name, trademarks, scent names, and website design, is the intellectual property of SCHICC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of SCHICC intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCHICC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or this website.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information on this website is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are completely error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, you may return it under our standard returns policy.
