Placing your order.

All SCHICC products are available to order directly through www.schicc.com. Orders are processed within one working day and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. A second email with your tracking information will follow once your order has been dispatched.

Getting your order to you.

Same-day dispatch

Before 2pm

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

Standard delivery

2 to 3 days

Free on all orders over £100. Charged at standard rate for orders under £100.

Express delivery

Next day

Available at checkout on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive tracking updates by email throughout the delivery process.

Free standard delivery applies automatically to all orders of £100 or more at checkout. There is no code required.

Restrictions and duties.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping options will be shown at checkout where available. Delivery timescales and costs for international orders vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

For orders shipped outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by SCHICC. We recommend checking the import regulations of your country before placing an order.

Fragrance oils are classified as hazardous goods for air freight due to their flammable nature. This may affect shipping options and timescales for international orders containing oils. Full details will be shown at checkout.

Our 30-day guarantee.

We want every SCHICC experience to be exactly that, an experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on all products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Get in touch

Email us at info@schicc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within one working day.

Return instructions sent

We will get back to you by email with everything you need to return your items to us, including any labels or collection details required. There is no cost to you for returning any SCHICC product.

Refund processed

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Unopened fragrance oils can be returned within 30 days under the standard returns policy. For opened oils, please contact us and we will review on a case by case basis.

What is not covered.

Our 30-day guarantee and 12-month warranty do not cover the following. Please read carefully before use.

Charger compatibility (Voyage and Nomad)

The SCHICC Voyage (1DA24) and Nomad (1DA50) are designed exclusively for use with your car's USB charging port or a slow charger rated at 5V 1A only. Use with fast chargers, power banks, or wall adapters exceeding 5V 1A will cause irreparable damage to the device. This damage is not covered under the returns policy or warranty. When in doubt, always use your car's USB port.

Third-party fragrance oils

SCHICC diffusers must only be used with original SCHICC fragrance oils. Use of third-party or non-approved oils may cause irreparable damage to the diffuser mechanism and will void your warranty. This damage is not covered under the returns policy.

Misuse and modification

Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, modification, or use with incompatible accessories is not covered under our warranty or returns policy.

12 months, from day one.

All SCHICC diffusers are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery.

The warranty is activated by tapping your phone on the diffuser after delivery. This registers the device and starts your warranty period. To make a warranty claim, email us at info@schicc.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
