Run time depends on the size of the oil and which diffuser you're using. The table below is based on the SP600 running at 2.5ml/hr, which is a typical output setting for home use.

Commercial diffusers consume oil at different rates (the Pinnacle runs at 5ml/hr, the Elite Pro at 3.5ml/hr), so run times will vary. Using a lower output setting on your diffuser will extend run time significantly.

No. SCHICC diffusers must only be used with original SCHICC fragrance oils. Using third-party or non-approved oils can cause irreparable damage to the diffuser mechanism and will void your warranty. Our oils are formulated specifically for cold-air diffusion and the tolerances of each device.

Yes. All SCHICC fragrance oils are IFRA-compliant, cruelty-free, and vegan. IFRA (International Fragrance Association) sets the global safety standards for fragrance ingredients, and all our oils are formulated within those guidelines. They contain no water, no heat-activated compounds, and no harmful propellants.

We currently offer six signature fragrances: Velour Cedar, Signature 1, Rose Blanc, Pure Atmos, Golden Petal, and Midnight Oud. Each is available in 125ml, 250ml, 500ml, and 1,000ml sizes. The collection is designed to be coherent as a set while each scent remains individually distinctive. We will be expanding the library over time.

All SCHICC fragrance oils are available exclusively at www.schicc.com. We do not sell through third-party retailers. This allows us to maintain quality control and ensure every oil reaching you is authentic.

Sample sets are available on request for commercial enquiries. For home customers, the 125ml size is the ideal starting point at £20.00, giving you around 50 hours of run time to fully explore a scent before moving to a larger size. Cold-air diffusion uses a nebulising pump to break fragrance oil into microscopic particles and disperse them into the air without heat or water. Because no heat is applied, the aromatic profile of the oil is preserved exactly as it was formulated, meaning the scent you smell is unaltered and consistent throughout.

This is fundamentally different from reed diffusers (which rely on evaporation), ultrasonic humidifiers (which dilute oil in water), or candles (which burn oil and alter its chemistry). Cold-air diffusion is the method used in high-end hospitality and luxury retail for its precision and purity.

App control is available on the Aura, Space, Pinnacle, and Elite Pro diffusers. Download the SCHICC app, connect via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi (Aura only), and you can set intensity levels, schedule run times, and monitor oil levels. The Shade, Forme, Voyage, and Nomad are manually controlled and do not require the app.

No. The Voyage (1DA24) and Nomad (1DA50) are designed exclusively for use with your car's USB charging port or a slow charger rated at 5V 1A only. Using fast chargers, power banks, or wall adapters exceeding 5V 1A will damage the device, void the warranty, and is not covered under our returns policy. Please use only the recommended charging method.

All SCHICC diffusers are designed to operate quietly in the background. The Shade and Forme run at 35 dB, the Aura at 38 dB, and the Voyage and Nomad under 28 dB. Commercial units operate between 42 and 46 dBa depending on model. For reference, 35 dB is roughly equivalent to a quiet library. You will hear a very faint hum at close range but nothing disruptive in normal use.

Your 12-month warranty is activated by tapping your phone on the diffuser after delivery. This registers the device and starts your warranty period from the date of delivery. If you have any trouble with registration, contact us at info@schicc.com.

Run times are based on the SP600 at 2.5ml/hr. Actual run time varies by diffuser model and output setting.

The larger the size, the better the value per hour of run time. The 125ml works out at approximately 40p per hour of fragrance, while the 1,000ml brings that down to around 25p per hour. If you've found a scent you love, moving to a 500ml or 1,000ml is the most cost-effective approach. The Scent Refill Plan also gives you 10% off every order automatically.

Yes. The SCHICC Scent Refill Plan gives you 10% off every oil delivery automatically. You choose your scent, your size, and your delivery interval (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks), and your oil arrives at the subscriber price with no effort required. There is no minimum term and you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time.

Standard delivery is free on all orders over £100. For orders under £100, standard delivery charges apply at checkout. Express next-day delivery is available on all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves us.

Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. You'll receive tracking updates throughout.

We currently deliver within the UK. International shipping options and any associated restrictions or import duties will be detailed at checkout. If you have a specific international enquiry, please contact us at info@schicc.com and we will advise on the best route.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at info@schicc.com if you need to make a change. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to accommodate the request. Once an order has left our warehouse it cannot be amended, but you can return it under our standard returns policy.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us at info@schicc.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free return collection. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item.

All SCHICC diffusers are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects, valid from the date of delivery. The warranty is activated by tapping your phone on the diffuser to register the device.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, use with incompatible accessories, or use with non-SCHICC fragrance oils. For the Voyage and Nomad, use with fast chargers or adapters exceeding 5V 1A will also void the warranty.

Email us at info@schicc.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and will respond within one working day to arrange assessment and, where applicable, replacement or repair.

Unopened oils can be returned within 30 days under our standard returns policy. For opened oils, we are happy to discuss on a case by case basis. We recommend starting with a 125ml bottle of any new scent before committing to a larger size, particularly if it's your first time trying that fragrance.

The SCHICC Scent Refill Plan is a subscription that delivers your chosen fragrance oil automatically on a schedule you set, either every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. You save 10% on every order and never have to think about reordering. You can pause, skip, swap your scent, or cancel at any time with no fees and no minimum term.

The right interval depends on how much you use your diffuser. As a guide: if you run your diffuser daily for most of the day, every 4 weeks with a 125ml oil is ideal. For regular evening and weekend use, every 6 weeks with a 250ml oil suits most homes. For occasional or evening-only use, every 8 weeks with a 500ml or 1,000ml oil gives exceptional value. Yes. You can swap your scent, change your oil size, or adjust your delivery interval at any time from your SCHICC account. Changes take effect from your next scheduled delivery.

No. The Scent Refill Plan has no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel entirely at any time directly from your account. We believe the plan should work for you, not the other way around.

Yes. SCHICC has a dedicated commercial range covering spaces from 3,000 to 10,000 sq ft, with HVAC integration available on the Elite Pro. We also offer multi-zone configuration, bespoke scent recommendations, and regular oil supply programmes for multi-site operations.
