SCHICC — Return and Refund Policy

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We want every SCHICC experience to be exactly that, an experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on all products.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
1. Contact us at info@schicc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within one working day with instructions on how to return your items to us.
3. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
4. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the returned goods. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
The following are not covered by our returns policy:
- Damage caused by use of the Voyage (1DA24) or Nomad (1DA50) with fast chargers, power banks, or wall adapters exceeding 5V 1A
- Damage caused by use of SCHICC diffusers with third-party or non-SCHICC fragrance oils
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, modification, or improper handling
- Opened fragrance oils (considered on a case by case basis, please contact us)
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@schicc.com.
