ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within one working day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. DISPATCH Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day. DELIVERY OPTIONS Standard delivery: 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Free on all orders of £100 or more. Standard delivery charges apply to orders under £100 and are shown at checkout. Express next-day delivery: Available at checkout on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. FREE DELIVERY THRESHOLD Free standard delivery is applied automatically to all orders of £100 or more. No code is required. TRACKING You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping options are shown at checkout where available. Delivery timescales and costs for international orders vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by SCHICC. Fragrance oils are classified as hazardous goods for air freight due to their flammable nature. This may affect shipping options and timescales for international orders containing oils. Full details will be shown at checkout. DELAYS Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. SCHICC is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control, including delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or other third parties. FAILED DELIVERIES If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel. If a parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
